Ricardo,

I believe the JavaScript capabilities of that particular browser do not
include testing for plugins such as the Flash player. This is a longstanding
drawback of IE on the Mac that developers lament.

You could test for that browser/platform and send the user to a page that asks
them directly if they are set up to view Flash (unfortunately, probably not
the seamless detection you're striving for, I imagine ...) and gives them
links to access the Flash movie manually, or give them a default page that
says their browser is not suitable or just throw the swf at them and see what
goes (??).
