The two ways I found:

1)using frames with a fixed frame dimension for your body - 5 frames total

Like this - the 5th one being the body frame with set dimensions -

1 5 3
|--4--|

OR

2)Place the movie into a table and setting table deminsions proportionate to
your movie.

Either should keep things unresizable . . .
