Subject: | FLASH: javascript window resize IE vs NS |
From: | John Olson |

Okay.. here is the javascript I am using to resize my browser window..
<script language="JavaScript">
<!--
window.moveTo(0, 0)
window.resizeTo(630,630)
//-->
</script>
Anyone know why IE and NS opens the window to a different size?
Here is the URL if you want to see it http://www.fastq.com/~olsonjj
If I set the window resize to 600x436, NS resizes the window to exact
around the outside of my flash file.. IE resizes the window too
small.
If I set the window to 630x630, IE looks right, but NS is too big.
I have tested this on Mac IE 4.5/NS 4.7 and WindowsNT NS 4.7/IE 5
Do I need to create a more elaborate javascript that resizes
differently for each browser?
