Number of ways they _could_ have done it. Easiest
I can think of would be to use a two color
cut-out filter in Adobe AfterEffects on the
video, export as #'d picts/bmps, import into
Flash and trace (they may have traced the frames
as a batch in Streamline, nice that it batchs,
but I've never been as happy with the results
from Streamline as Flash). The same could also be
done in Photoshop(AE is pretty much Photoshop for
video), and many video editors have variations on
the cut-out, duotone, or indexed color filters.
Egomedia's is a pretty cool effect, though I'm
not real sure what the pumpkin color scheme is
getting at;-)...
