FLASH: Swift-Generator PWS Configuration?

I'm trying to get Swift-Generator 0.12.8 running on PWS 4.0 with 

Windows 98. I've placed the "swiftgen.exe" in the cgi-bin directory 

which is set to "execute". I downloaded a couple of sample pages from 

the Swift-Tools demos and tried to run them from a virtual directory; 

the pages loaded but the cgi didn't execute.


Can anyone give me any tips on setting up Swift-Gen on PWS. The 

Swift-Gen docs only include instructions for Apache and the PWS docs 

only gloss over cgi in the glossary.
