Trouble with your solution below is that Flash
projectors pull loaded movies out into their own
directory, thus breaking your links if they are
in another directory. I recently set up a similar
CD and used a Director exe in the root to open
the main Flash exe in the 'Files' folder. This
works perfectly, if you have Director;-)...
Changing the links in the swfs within the
sub-directory so that they reference each other
as if they are in the root may also work, didn't
try that since the Director solution worked so
well.
As far as the Mac autorun, as mentioned not a
good idea to rely on since so many have disabled
it on their macs. However, another solution is to
leave the root folder open on your Toast
temporary partition on the Mac. This will result
in a Mac CD that opens the root folder upon
insertion. There are also several mac programs
that allow you to place a large picture in this
opened folder, should be able to find them at
macdownload.com in the multimedia section.
Haven't used this myself, but seen it several
times, nice effect.
