FLASH: motion tweens not showing up in library

My motion tweens created with symbols by right-clicking on an appropriate

frame in the timeline are not creating a library item with the name Tween 1,

Tween 2, etc...

My previous movies were making the library items correctly, but after a new

installation after a windows crash the library items are no longer being

made. Can anyone give me advice/tips/help?
