FLASH: Checking the streaming capabilities?

Hello everyone,

Since it seems to take a very long time to post a message from work I have

Hey Does someone remember how to check your flash file to see if the it will 

stream correctly on various internet connections? 56k,33.6, cable, DSL, 

etc.. I can't for the life of me remember the process.
