This programmer told me of the 15 minute rule..never sit on a problem for
more than 15 mins, get someone else to help you out if the clock ticks past
15 mins. Fresh set of eyes and all that.

ahh yes the simplest things are the ones that escape you,

This one escaped me at first, then after peering at it
a bit I finally got it, understood the &0 but the +1 threw
me till I remembered random starts at zero.
