I've exactly the same problem with my G3/OS 8.5, especially with the "Tell
Target"
commands. Indeed: it drives you insane. I'm constantly keeping my left hand on
the "command" and "s" keys and try to be very aware of in what part of my
movie
I'm working at the moment, because the system can crash every moment...
I'm not sure what the problem is, it has nothing to do with memory though. Even
if
I assign 150 MB or more RAM to Flash, it doesn't help much. I performed a
clean
installation on a new harddisk and only installed Flash, but that didn't help
either.
So I guess it's a Mac bug...(?)
