This is great!

Two suggestions to make it even better. Set it for high quality, and
increase the hit area on the spike. It seems a bit finicky right now.

Here's a few ideas from one sick mind to another:

Vampire squirrels? Drowning? Injections of flesh eating diseases? How about
a cannon that you put the figure inside and then shoot him against the
wall?? Papercuts?

Burning is a must.

How about a soon to be demolished building with a countdown to detonation.
You put him inside and push the button.

A trampoline that you drop him onto. The longer he's on it, the higher he
jumps. The trampoline is draggable. You get the idea. : )
