Hello Quintin,
What you are trying to do is evaluate the drop target.. you may find a drop
target tutorial at www.were-here.com..you should also take a look at the
snap to target tutorial....these both will direct you in the right direction
minimizing the learning curve.

Hi all.
What i need to do it drag a movie into the target area.
If there is nothing else in that area, release.
If there is already something there, position it's x and y exactly where it
was first dragged from.
Seems simple, but i cannot seem to get it right.
I would appreciate it if you could help me out.
I have included the fla.
