FLASH: NEED Info on What will CHOKE Flash 3 plug -in

Sorry, for the repost, folks, but it's been more than a day and I've got 

a client putting me on a deadline:


A client has the Netscape Flash 3 plug in installed.  I checked the Flash 

OUTPUT from v. 4 to v. 3 and it appears that the only flash 4 feature 

aside from  MP3 sound is an MC with an IF ACTION script [ looping only 3 

times].


BUT this Frame is many frames later than the scene that locks and stalls 

for him.


My questions then are:  can a later scene with an action clog and stop 

the movie earlier one?  And will an IF ACTION stop the Flash 3 from 

working or will the Action just be ignored [  the if action loop, loops 

the MC 3 times and then goes to the next frame which stops the MC.]   

Should this be a problem?



The button that the person needs to click to go to the offending scene is 

inoperative for him at that scene, but it is a single button for the 

entire stage:

>On (Release)

>      Play

>End On


And it works for all other frames.
