FLASH: bitmap image changing sizes

Has anybody had bitmap image seem to change size by a pixel or two when another bitmap passes in front of the other?


I had a full screen, 640x480 image (that was a background image) and had a smaller bitmap image of a basketball passing over the larger image.  At various times, the larger background image seemed to grow larger by a pixel or two then go back to its original size.  The same thing happened when I just had the background image fade out.
