FLASH: exporting to QuickTime

I'm having a heck of a time with this.  Has anyone tried to export a 

file to QuickTime with Flash 4.0a Mac?  I can't seem to get it to 

work right - and there is scant information in the Flash manual about 

this.  I'm mainly trying to export the audio for a PC using client. 

There seem to be several different ways of doing this - and different 

options for each way (export as QuickTime, export as QuickTime Video, 

and publish as QuickTime.)  My client needs to be able to import it 

into Premiere.  Any advice offered would be appreciated.    - Bob
