Of course, you can use it like you'd use a gif or jpg and implement it into your
own work (I tried an experiment on speed by placing some animation-heavy swfs
from others into my files). Not legal, I'm sure, but that doesn't mean much if
you don't get caught. It's like using stock photos or sounds or anything else.
