The hillman curtis thing is just a few pictures in a row that are looped 

that are very small.  If you work from After Effects or Premiere you can 

probably render them out as PICTs and convert them to JPEGs and then just 

bring in every 5th or so frame and then speread them out over a couple of 

frames in a movieclip and then it loops by itself.  Pick intriguing pictures 

though and interesting poses.  I like the Howie B tune in the hillman curtis 

thing.
