Subject: FLASH: OT: Strip carriage returns in CGI file
From: Nelson Rothermel
Date: Sun, 26 Mar 2000 19:45:22 +0100

I am installing a couple of cgi files on a webpage, and I have set the
permissions, the right perl path, etc. but I still get an Internal Server
Error. I have had this happen before, and stripping the carriage returns
fixed it. I had a paper with the command written, but I can't find it. I
remember the command was somewhat like "perl 's/g/\015' <filename>", but
I can't figure it out.

Thanks for your help!

Nelson
