*G* well said and here's an addition to this:
When offering files to other people on the list, give them a link
to email you that they want the file so they don't have to search
the header info to get you email addy.
Something like this:
druideoe-magical [dot] org (subject: FlashFile_Me_Too) (mailto:druideoe-magical [dot] org?subject=FlashFile_Me_Too)
Adding in the subject info allows you to filter to a specific folder.
Just a thought, it's what I do and works great.
