Content that changes should always be loaded as a new movie. Just choose a
naming convention and some scripting that will allow you to load the content
movie with a unique filename. Have your staticmovie.swf load getvar.swf. The
sole responsibility of getvar.swf will be to load the variables (from a CGI,
text file, whatever) that determine the filename's for the
latestcontent.swf's.
