This is one of the two biggest pet peves for me. I've never been able to
"fix" a "staccato" animation. However, if you use the bad animation as a
guide or template, create a new layer and re-create the animation exactly as
it was before, the new animation will not perform in the same manner. Then
just delete the layer containing the old animation.
