Hiya Jennifer,

If you can keep your audience entertained by a small tween at the beg.
of the movie
and can be creative with wait for frame then larger files sizes are
acceptable. If you
have a "load" symbol using wait for frame sitting there until the
complete movie is
loaded then you might want to keep you file sizes down to around 100 to
150 kbs.
