Hard to say - depends on your needs. More precision means higher
filesizes, usually.
Get used to this workflow:
Modify --> Trace Bitmap -->
(The settings to play with are:)
Color Threshold [100]
Minimum Area [8] pixels
Curve Fit [Pixels to Smooth]
Corner Threshold [Many Corners to Few Corners]
For the absolute most precise tracing use Minimum Area of 1 pixel,
Curve fit of Pixels and Corner Threshold to Many corners.
>From there you can use Modify --> Curves --> Optimize
It'll take some experimentation to get it right - but luckily
Flash's multiple undos are great in this context.
For added flexibility - make each screenshot a uniquely named symbol
and you can change them later.
