For the Internet anything over 100k is too much. Remember the 14.4 er's they
need to be welcomed as well. If not your cutting out a portion of prime
demographic.

This is just bullshit. I have ISDN 64K on another computer and at a
rate of
4.75 kbps (which is slooow for 64K) it took like 1 and a half
minutes.
