Your problem in IE3 is because you used % setting inside table.

Either remove table or use exact numbers instead of %.

Suggest removing Table as it doesn't seem to serveany purpose.

You used 400x80 in the <EMBED which doesn't fill window on my browser.

Suggest changing to 100% also for height and width in <EMBED if Table is

eliminated.


Also, note no picture in Netscape 3 or 4 because the MIME is not set.
