Subject: FLASH: another look and some comments please

I've been getting all sorts of wierd reports on this site: for some reason the opening, test-for-Flash page comes out completely blank on Netscape (4.5), while the welcome page is OK.  Here are the two URLs in question:
 
 
 
I'd really appreciate ANY feedback on probs and comments on the site itself.
