This sounds like that earlier posting where people were getting

"wacom tablet weirdstuff".


If you are using a wacom tablet, (or have on plugged in) it is suggested

that

you reinstall your wacom control panels.


As for me, I just unplugged the mouse from the keyboard and used the

wacom tablet exclusively, and that worked if you can believe it.
