This has been a topic of lengthy discussion recently on this list. I have
not seen a definitive analysis of the problem, but it appears that having a
stop action in too early a frame within a loaded movie could cause this
problem. So the first thing to do would be to look for stop actions in the
first frame or two and pad them with an extra couple of empty frames.
