The job requires high level comprehension of advanced web

design/functionality. Site  arcitectural design and construction will be

key components of the daily work flow.  This includes extremely advanced

Flash programming skills, and a knowledge of Macromedia Generator and

Vignette Story Server.


Other hybrid skills include HTML and javascript programming as well as

video editing and

compression, and special effects abilities.


These skills will be married to a thorough understanding of graphic user

interface design and engineering, as well as aesthetic design principles

(typography, and  color theory).


       Programming skills  include:


       Advanced Macromedia Flash Programming

       Including knowledge of Generator and Vignette


       HTML, Javascript, SQL, VBScript


       Design and production skills in  Adobe Illustrator, Adobe

Photoshop,  Adobe After

       Effects and Premiere, and Macromedia Flash 4.
