FLASH: drag & rollout

When I rollover a rectangular region, I want an object to follow my cursor.

When I rollout, I want it to stop. The problem is, the draggable object that

tracks my cursor causes the rollout to happen while I'm still in the

rectangular region. It seems to get under the cursor and then the rectangle

thinks I rolled out. I want the rollout to mean I actually left the

rectangle. What do I do?
