FLASH: scrolling a loaded mc

How would you go about setting up a scroll on a loaded mc?  I have a

container movie loading an mc (one of several at any given time) and I would

like the container to scroll the loaded mc automatically... I suppose I

would have to find the height of the loaded mc, but after that I'm kind of

lost.  Any ideas?
