Ha, I got it! :) (Would be much faster if I just remembered that loading
movies into movie clips puts them with the movie starting at the upper left
of the center point of the target movie... on my wish list - make everything
work from upper left or everything work centered but not some things one and
some things the other... oh and let you type in specific numbers to edit
center points not just move the little thing around.)
Anyways, yes a loaded movie takes the instance name of the target mc (when
you look at objects from test movie, there is no test.swf, it doesn't exist
anymore. You target "screen" (or whatever your movie clip instance is
named)) and you do need a blank frame (time for the movie to load completely
I guess) before you can get variables from it.
