FLASH: Loaded text variables with html link?

Hello all!

Can any one tell me if it's possible to load a text file with an html 

address and have Flash make the text a clickable web link?

eg.


Text file looks like

text="Click here for underpants"

http;//www.underpants.com


Any help would be greatfully recieved.
