Open in Acrobat reader (free to download from the Adobe site)>select the
text tool or cut'n'paste into Flash or...
Adobe Illustrator will open the PDF and let you edit the text or cut'n'paste
into Flash, but be warned that some text notations move around if not
contained within a text box.
I think that maybe even Corel Draw will open PDF.
