Well hehe after i posted my last post i shut netscape down...opened it up 

agian it worked this time.  I've got it preloading the whole movie so that 

shouldn't be it...Could it be because there are two levels of movies?  

Wouldn't think that would be it but...heck i dunno what it could be lol...
