Senior Flash Designer Job Description:

We are looking for some of the most talented Flash Designers in the

world.  A full-time Flash Designer will work with the Creative Director

and production teams in developing high production-value user

experiences for Internet solutions. Applicant must have outstanding

design skills, a thorough knowledge of the requirements - and

restrictions - for production of Flash-based creations, and be a great

team player.


Minimum Qualifications:


- Strong applied arts or creative background

- 2 years experience and mastery of Flash

- 3+ years experience as a graphic designer/art director

- Strong grasp of animation, special effects and typography

- Has done considerable design with a medium other than digital (print

and/or video)

- Design of several Flash Web sites and/or Flash content or experiences

- Understanding of HTML/ Web technologies

- Proficient with the following tools: Flash, PhotoShop,

Illustrator/Freehand, Quark Xpress, Fireworks

- Must be able to work and create "outside the box"

- Must have worked on at lease two major rich-media productions



Art Director Job Description:

The Art Director must understand the process of interactive Web design

and communication. To orchestrate the most effective creative content,

the candidate must understand the importance of collaboration with peers

of different disciplines within the company, working side-by-side with

product development and marketing in developing concepts to maximize the

Internet's potential. The Art Director then supervises the ideation and

design with the producer, bringing life to the concept.


Responsibilities:


- Intimately understand a client's business, brand and marketing

objectives, proactively contributing to its evolution and success

- Conception and execution of creative briefs

- Collaboration with team members to maximize effectiveness and

innovation

- Collaboration with team to develop brilliant tactical solutions

- Maintain high standards for design

- Know what technology can do, and recommend where to use it

- Lead by example, excite and inspire creatives to create amazing work

- Work closely with clients in problem solving and relationship building


- Collaborate with Producers to maintain accurate schedules and budgets


Requirements:


- At least 4+ years traditional or digital design experience in one of

the following areas: advertising, graphic design, multimedia, film or

video

- At least 3 years experience Internet or interactive design

- Broadcast and information design experience a plus.

- An understanding of Internet marketing

- Strong conceptual design and typographic skills with a degree in, or

training in graphic design, advertising, film or television

- Excellent presentation skills

- Knowledge of current rich-media technologies and their relevant

application

- Expert in design software on the Macintosh platform, PhotoShop,

ImageReady, Gifbuilder, Illustrator required

- Animation skills and a knowledge of 3D rendering, video and sound

editing a plus

- BA or MA in art or design or equivalent experience





Senior R&D Engineer Job Description:

Full-time Lead R&D Engineer needed for development of Web applications

and tools for corporate clients. Duties include working with the

Director of Technology to research and develop Web-based technical

solutions. Will serve as the project lead in the technical aspects of

Internet development projects.


Minimum Qualifications:


- BS in CS with 5+ years engineering experience, or equivalent

combination of education and experience

- Strong interpersonal skills: Communication, leadership ability,

ability to follow instructions, and positive attitude

- Experience with script programming: Perl, JavaScript, VBScript, UNIX

scripting

- Experience with database programming: SQL, major RDBMS software, MS

Access

- Experience with 3GL programming: C/C++, Java

- Working knowledge of Web programming technologies: CGI, HTTP, TCP/IP,

Major Web servers

- Self-starting with the desire to grow and excel in a start-up

environment


Preferred Qualifications:


- High-level understanding and experience with some or all of the

following:

- Experience with middleware and system integration a plus

- Experience with application servers: MS Site Server, Dynamo, Bluestone



- BS or MS degree in computer science or equivalent experience
