Subject: | FLASH: load variables pb with netscape... |

Hello all,
After searching/testing a lot, we've finally established a dialog
between Flash and a 4D server, through this command :
Load Variables ("4Daction/MyMethod", 0, vars=POST)
(This version also works all right : )
Load Variables ("4Daction/MyMethod", "", vars=POST)
Which means that, basically, Flash sends a variable to our server, which
in turn sends back another variable, perfectly received in Flash.
Alas, this patiently crafted work only (though *perfectly*!) works in
Internet Explorer, and not in Netscape (we're using the 4.72 version)
:(
What's really interesting is that, in Netscape, when we use this command
:
Load Variables ("4Daction/MyMethod", "") [with no GET nor POST variables
!]
*something* is received by the server : the method is lauched, but of
course no variables are received... So we can still send back some
variables, but the ones supposedly sent by Flash in the first place
never reach the server :((
So, if *anyone* can give us the slightest clue about where the problem
could be coming from, he/she'd receive our eternal gratitude :)))
Anik =:)
