I see it fine... it's a draggable mask that you're going for.
Look for a tutorial on this, since it still uses javascript
(with FSCommand) to do it in Flash, or I think there might
be an actionscript solution. It's easy to make masked
movie clips OR draggable movie clips in Flash, but for some
crazy reason you can't do both with the same movie clip
(without a workaround hack like javascript or actionscript).

If I knew how to do this offhand, I'd tell you, but it's
definitely do-able.
