Hi Michael,


Apple provide QT server for free, there is no per stream liscense and they

have versions for mac, solaris and linux servers with an NT release this

summer. Mac OS X server is best supported, the others rely on open source

community so the documentation is a bit sketchy (although we run linux and

it is superb)


check http://www.apple.com/quicktime/servers/ for the mac version, and

http://www.publicsource.apple.com/projects/streaming/ for the Darwin open

source version.
