FLASH: Re: a plug in issue

Hello,


I have strange thing happening.  I have been to many sites in the last

couple

of weeks, the have flash, and each one says, you need the latest plug in.

Now I know they they haven't been putting out a new plug in every single

day, but that is about how often it says I need to install this.  I am not

able to view certain sites because it says the plugin isn't installed.  I

just

downloaded and installed the latest one just yesterday, and now this

site I went to says I don't have the latest.  What is up with this.  Is the

plugin not

taking?  Or is the plugin I am getting possibly newer than the ones

that are needed on some sites, and they don't recognize it?


This is really hindering my chances of viewing sites.  Alot of them

have been sites that some of you have sent me to to view.  But I

can't remember them all because it has happened so often.  Could

this be a bug?  I use Netscape Communicator 4.6, Win98 SE

PII 350 128 Mg ram..  So any suggestions?
