Nope... Your users don't need the Flash player to see Flash in Director.
You just need to include the Xtra with your Director projector. By the way,
the Flash xtra is included in the Shockwave (Director) plugin... so REALLY
they don't even need the Flash plugin for their browser--though it happens
to ship with the Shockwave plugin.
