I am interested in the concept.  Are you thinking of trying to output FLA 

files? or SWF movies?


The reason I ask is that the SWF file formats are puclished openly by 

macromedia, while the fla formats (to my knowledge) are not.


The SWF thing is being done as far as 3d goes.  The current solutions output 

only swf files (and as a series of vecotr images at that) meaning that the 

files are pretty hefty.


I think the idea of develpoing an engine that renders scripted 3D animations 

(and not just a series of vector images) would be really useful.  It would 

help to bring down the file size tremendously.


I have only read about a few people doing serious 3D programming with flash. 

  Maybe they might be interested in the concept.  Have you gotten any 

response from other developers?
