FLASH: Load Variables?

Good Monday morning (yawn)


Have a dynamic .swf, which loads information from a file using "Load

Variables" every 30 seconds.  It works fine on my local Windows box.  The

content changes every 30 seconds.  When published to the webserver, the file

doesn't get reloaded.  Is there some webserver caching going on?  Is there a

better way to do this?  I don't want to refresh the whole page.
