FLASH: pb with accent

Hi,

i load an .txt file which contains spanish characters with accent like  � �

�.

i encoded this chars like %F3, %E1, %ED.

in my .swf, flash put a space (" ") after this char.

for example : "selecci%D3n" = "selecci� n" and not  "selecci�n"

if  someone can help me ...Please
