FLASH: How do you grab ALL with multiple frames?

I found that my movie is off centered a bit and the top of a symbol  is 

cut off by the frame.


I'd like to move the entire stage down 30 px but when trying to grab all 

items on all frames with multiple frames editing, I can't seem to get all 

. I want to move symbols, tweens and guides as well, and all is unlocked.


Is there any way to do this or tell if you have every item?
