Subject: FLASH: Two strange things

Very strange #1:

A client of mine has a Mac which he installed IE 4.5 in last year.
When he went to a Flash page that I did for him, he got a dialog box
saying he needed to download the Flash Player. Last year I had given
him a CD with IE 4.5 on it. I thought all the new browsers after 4.0
didn't need to have the plug-in installed. He was able to get the
plug-in from the CD and now he can view the Flash page I did.

Very strange #2:
Now that my client can see the Flash page, he cannot hear the sound,
but he can hear sounds on other Flash pages. I have tested it on 5
browsers here, Mac and PC with no problems hearing the sound. I also
asked my brother if he hears the sound on his computer and he said
yes. Any clues to what is happening? The URL is
