Try webaxxs.com. I've used them for 2yrs w/great success. They have great
email and phone support, prices are very reasonable and they give you a very
robust list of options that you'll actually use. Their servers are really
quick, and over the past couple of years, I can only think of a few very
short times they've been down. And those times have been due to maintenance.

They have a great control panel, web based, that lets you admin your site,
add redirect scripts, user accounts, auto replies, mysql, php, etc. And of
course you get your own CGI bin.
