Sorry... it occurs to me my last post maybe wasn't all that helpful. One

thing you can do, instead of just saying "I won't sign that, go away" - you

can forward a counteroffer of your own contract with more reasonable options

(I'm sorry but I can't accept this contract, but I have a standard contract,

attached, and if you'll consider these terms, I'll be happy to work for you.

Or even my standard rates are '$blah' and this is my standard contract - for

these further limitations I'll need to be compensated '$blah' extra each, or

something like that.) Franke posted the link to the Graphic Artists Guild

yesterday (http://www.gag.org) and information on their handbook where you

can go for pricing guides and contract information. Anyway, that might offer

you a few more options than just "I won't do that" :)
