The dl time (pretty slow on 33.6, not so bad on 56 - since I had to do it
twice :) didn't bother me so much, though I'm fairly patient long as I can
still do something else in the background. I cheated and took MSIE straight
to the download page so I could use that browser, as I like the DL manager
(I've never found a way to re-start an NN DL if you lose link or
something...)

I haven't tried support, and that doesn't sound too good, but somewhere on
the site (forget exactly where) it does say the CD/manual won't be available
until May 26 (this is apparently a new version, I guess).
