Are you sure it's in the movie and not just how your system plays it back?
The streaming sound may put more demand on your processor than does an
event sound (there's more to keep track of), which can lead to distortion
of sound. Also some cards (for example SoundBlaster 128 PCI) are known to
produce clicks with Flash. You might try lowering the volume of the sound,
either before importing it or in the Frame Properties > Sound dialog where
you create the sound instance.
